Goods Return Policy:
- Goods must have been purchased directly from Specialised Hardwares Ltd. (Nairobi or Mombasa Office).
- Goods short-supplied, or incorrectly supplied MUST be brought to the attention of Specialised Hardwares Ltd within 24 hours of
Collection/Dispatch. - A Goods Return Form Must be Filled for all the goods that are being returned. For a copy of Goods Returns Form, Kindly contact:
stores.nbi@specialisedhardwares.com. - The Goods Return Form must include the original invoice & delivery note details, and reason for return.
- Goods returned to Specialised Hardwares Ltd must have all freight prepaid, unless prior arrangements have been made. All unapproved
freight costs will be charged to the sender. - Goods must be complete, in their original packaging and in a saleable condition, with no dirt, marks, or transport/packaging tape damage.
Goods to be returned must be packed in a method similar to that when goods were received. All literature/paperwork/instruction leaflets
must be included. - All goods returned to Specialised Hardwares Ltd will be subject to a minimum 10% handling / restocking fee.
- Once returns are approved, they shall be issued with a SHL GRIN (Goods Received Inward Note) for further processing.
- Goods may not be accepted for credit for any of the following reasons;

- Goods returned after 7 days from date of invoice.
- Goods returned without a Goods Returns Form.
- Goods returned without original invoice details.
- Goods that were Specially Procured for the client.
- Goods that were purchased from our Clearance list.
- Goods that have been fitted, used, altered or damaged in any way.
- Goods where plastic shrink wrap / blister packaging has been opened.

While all care is taken to ensure the correct supply of goods, no responsibility whatsoever is accepted by Specialised Hardwares Ltd for the fitment
or purchase of incorrect parts or goods. The onus is clearly with the purchaser to ensure the parts or goods are correct for the particular application or
use. Any costs or damages from the fitment or usage of incorrect parts or goods are entirely the responsibility of the purchaser or fitter.
The only exceptions to this policy will be:
Genuine warranty claims must be processed through the Goods Return Policy procedure. After manufacturer approval, the manufacturer, at their
discretion, may repair, replace or credit the goods. All warranty items must be returned to Specialised Hardwares Ltd within the agreed time from
invoice date. The issue of a GRIN or receipt of goods into our warehouse should not be considered as being approved for credit.
Refund Policy:
We do not offer money-back guarantee for all purchases made from us. If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you
can obtain a credit for future use or exchange the products. We encourage our customers to check the product (or service) prior to their purchase to
ensure it fits your needs.
Please note we shall NO LONGER issue Cash Refunds for any excess payments / returns done. Kindly ensure to pay exact amount upon receiving
final Cash Sale or Invoice & Statement.
